Today if you logged into your Adwords Editor you were probably prompted to upgrade to their latest version.
This new version has some nice new features that really help improve the Editor significantly.
The two key features that caught my eye were the ability to download selected campaigns rather than the complete account and the new sort features.
Download Selected Campaigns
As the name suggest, this allows you to just download campaigns that you select. In the past you had to download all of the account. This could be time consuming and also you probably don’t want all the deleted or paused campaigns cluttering up your view in the Editor.
Now when you add a new account or you are downloading updates form an existing account you will get the option to select the campaigns that you want to download. As well as being able to select each campaign there is a quick link that allow you to select only active campaigns.
New Sort Features
In the previous version you could sort using one column only. However in this new version you can sort using up to three columns so this will give you much more flexibility when reviewing the account. I used to export my campaigns out to Excel to do this and now I won’t have to do this as often. Great news!

I’d love to know why the Keyword Word Count column was considered needed – anyone got any thoughts on that?
